  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after successful quality inspection, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Products returned after the 5-day return window.

  • Items that are used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (size, color, or design mismatch).
